Their team of dedicated project managers, engineers, craftsmen and exhibit professionals work directly with trade show and museum clients to achieve the right intent and creative vision for every project. Their projects include custom, permanent, temporary, and traveling exhibits covering the topics of cultural and natural history, science and technology, and sports. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team immediately.


  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with estimating and senior management
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Determine the resources required to complete the project
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other stakeholders; revise and maintain the schedule
  • Execute the project according to the project plan
  • Document project activities
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Establish communication schedule to update stakeholders and manage periodic internal meetings with support staff to review progress
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
  • Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
  • Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
  • Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for clients as outlined in project agreements


  • Advanced Language, Math(Geometry, fractions, measuring), and reasoning skills
  • Degree Preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Computer knowledge/skills: Microsoft
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Practical and applied construction knowledge/skills to include materials (
  • Sitting, standing, walking, reaching with arms/hands, climbing, balancing, stooping, and kneeling as needed to deliver finished product

Location: Mid-Atlantic
Salary: $80K-$100K (DOE)
