Our client is an Experiential Marketing Company. They design, build and manage branded marketing environments such as trade show exhibits, corporate events,and executive briefing centers.
Our client is looking for individuals to join their team who are knowledgable, skilled and seasoned in Project Management. The project manager is responsible for managing exhibit projects through production and ensuring project is completed on time, on budget and according to high quality standards. Qualified candidates will be expected to write proposals and work in a collaborative environment with multiple departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meticulous organizational habits
- Perform a variety of complicated, time-sensitive tasks
- Assume a leadership role and demonstrate the ability to perform well under pressure or in stressful situations
- Participate in project launch meetings to streamline production
- Manage overal project timelines in conjunction with departmental production timelines
- Coordinate and oversee concept design, graphics, estimating, purchasing, drafting, fabrication, installations, and logistics
- Monitor production quality
- Change order, time and profitability tracking
REQUIREMENTS:
- Project management experience in the exhibit industry
- Proficiency in project pricing, purchasing and vendor negotiations
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer Proficiency
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients
- Ability to read blueprints
- Working knowledge of architectural millwork
- Ability to understand technical drawings
- CAD experience and proficiency is a plus
- Broad knowledge of materials and suppliers
- Travel as needed
Location: Denver
Salary: $60K-$85K
