They are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Chicago. The Project Manager manages each project through its entire lifecycle ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and meets/exceeds client expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead projects from design handoff to delivery

Assist in project kick of meetings in conjunction

Review all timelines and project plans; communicate action items to all stakeholders and monitor adherence to deadlines

Take responsibility that client deliverables & deadlines are met

Negotiate & coordinate with third party resources for fabrication related items

Create and maintain project files
-
Manage resources; identify, negotiate and book external resources as needed

Overall management of information to internal production departments as needed through kick-off and status meetings

Create client fabrication budgets for programs as assigned

Create, maintain, reconcile & project budgets

Provide timely & accurate financial information to finance team

Partner with the shop lead to ensure all client needs are met
REQUIREMENTS

Project management experience in exhibits, museum, and retail and/or specialty construction/fabrication

Construction background with knowledge of construction drawings, materials and supplies, field measurements and estimating skills
- Strong Mathematical skills

Demonstrated Project Management competencies: client focus, developing others, accountability for results, attention to detail, flexibility and team effectiveness
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
- Outstanding organizational ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary: $75K-$100K
