They are currently seeking a Project Manager in their Chicago Division. Expectations include controlling the projects flow and to making critical decisions ensuring the successful completion of projects while subscribing to the company’s vision and ensuring complete client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead projects from design handoff to delivery

Assist in project kick of meetings in conjunction

Review all timelines and project plans; communicate action items to all stakeholders and monitor adherence to deadlines

Take responsibility that client deliverables & deadlines are met

Negotiate & coordinate with third party resources for fabrication related items

Create and maintain project files
-
Manage resources; identify, negotiate and book external resources as needed

Overall management of information to internal production departments as needed through kick-off and status meetings

Project invoicing
-
Create client fabrication budgets for programs as assigned

Work with Account Managers on new builds, large activations or specialty project budget

Review internal budgets for new clients/ RFPs (new builds)

Create, maintain, reconcile & project budgets

Provide timely & accurate financial information to finance team

Provide finish callouts as required

Manage construction set up drawing process and labeling for et up packages

Partner with the shop lead to ensure all client needs are met
REQUIREMENTS
-
Project management experience in the exhibit/events industry

Construction background with knowledge of construction drawings, materials and supplies, field measurements and estimating skills
- Strong Mathematical skills

Demonstrated Project Management competencies: client focus, developing others, accountability for results, attention to detail, flexibility and team effectiveness
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
- Outstanding organizational ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
