They are adding a Graphics Project Manager to their Production team in Texas.   • Act as liaison between client,  internal design team and graphic production division nationwide
  • Ensure approved graphic process is being followed
  • Input all graphics into the web based workflow system
  • Understanding the entire graphic production process, from conceptual design, through show set-up
  • Track graphic shipments to assure arrival on-site
  • Understanding every graphic detail regarding production requirements for all of the client’s shows
  • Attend all graphic design and production related meetings
  • Thorough u­nderstanding of internal production capabilities
  • Attend set-up for all major shows throughout the show season
  • Provide on-site graphics expertise
  • Understand all graphic production techniques
  • Help facilitate design prototypes
  • Learn new techniques and educate the internal teams


  • BFA in graphic design or equivalent preferred
  • Skilled communicator
  • Strong organizational skills and process driven
  • 3-5+ years of industry experience
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Excel proficiency is a MUST HAVE skill
  • Experience working with large format graphics & 3-dimensional environments preferred
  • Working knowledge of design software, including CS6 Suite preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at one time while insuring quality and consistency.
  • Working knowledge of sign/graphic technologies, materials & techniques
