Our client has a strong success record of designing, building, and managing branded projects from concept to execution.   As a creative leader in the Exhibit, Events, Environments/Interiors, and Retail verticals they work directly with the end user and with design agencies.  Currently, they are adding a Creative Director to lead their multi-disciplinary  team.


  • Lead and organize overall project flow, deadlines and presentation strategy with Group Creative Director’s guidance to internal teams as well as clients
  • Communicate with account lead on the project to meet deadlines and design objectives to ensure they are within budget
  • Design dynamic solutions that clearly communicate brand goals, and strategy
  • Ensure presentations deliver the objectives of the brief and clearly articulate design solutions
  • Help facilitate feedback and direction to junior members or other members on the team
  • Communicate clear layouts for print production, art files, estimating and production documentation
  • Manage the handoff process from Design to engineering through execution
  • Present and check in with Group Creative Director throughout the duration of the project
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate to management and clients
  • Inspire the team though energy and optimism, pushing the envelope to advance the program and its goals
  • Scheduling and reviewing the creative team’s work assignments to ensure quality and adherence to project deadlines
  • Staying fluent in current design trends, materials and presentation techniques


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 6 + years of industry experience
  • Experience working in large format graphics & 3-dimensional environments
  • Exceptional design aesthetics and ability to constantly adapt to meet a breadth of brand styles and mediums
  • Good understanding of technologies, materials & techniques
  • Mastery of design tools including 3DS Max, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Understanding of photography and image manipulation techniques
  • Proven track record as a designer, creative thought leader and team manager
  •  Professional, articulate, and able to easily build rapport
  • Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), creative and strategic problem-solving skills
  • High performance/high productivity mentality
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a creative team
  • Good organizational and coordination skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make important decisions under tight deadlines within a creative team setting
  • Availability to travel as needed for client presentations and to ensure successful project execution

Salary: $125K-$170K
