RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Managing efficiencies both internal and externally
  • Seeing the big picture and understanding cash-flow/cash management
  • Oversee, direct, and manage cash flow, budgeting, audit, tax, real estate, long range forecasting, and insurance activities
  • P & L responsibility, Demand Planning, Production Forecasting, System implementation
  • Appraise the organization’s financial position and issue periodic reports on organization’s financial stability, liquidity, and growth
  • Direct and coordinate the establishment of budget programs
  • Analyze, consolidate, and direct all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports
  • Analyze operational issues impacting functional groups and the whole institution, and determines the financial impact
  • Establish and maintain contacts with stockholders, financial institutions, and the investment community
  • Leveraging vendors to create better profit margins
  • Business continuity planning
  • Keeping current on changes to technology
  • Ensuring effective quality control and timely delivery
  • Utilizing resources for optimal efficiency and productivity
  • Implementing process and procedure policies: warehouse, distribution, transportation, optimization and routing software
  • Seeing the big picture and understanding workflow
  • Plant maintenance
  • Adhering to company safety operations procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Four year degree: Business, Logistics, or Management are preferred
  • Trade show Industry Experience
  • Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS, CIRM, and CPM are highly desirable
  • Superior performance record with proof of cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Management experience in Logistics, Distribution, Materials Management,
  • Demonstrated management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Salary: $200K+ (DOE)
