Our client is a full service design, fabrication & management firm specializing in trade show exhibits & events. They listen, imagine, create, and deliver effective solutions. Their client centric approach includes offering outstanding service and marketing experiences. They are seeking a full time Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience ensuring quality standards are met by coordinating with internal teams and providing an exceptional experience and end product via high level customer service practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate effectively with the client on their specific show needs
  • Facilitate clients needs to internal departments and facilities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to execute a flawless experience
  • Work closely with sales in building a long-term relationship with the client
  • Manage and cultivate client relationship. Think strategically to present options to the client and develop customized solutions
  • Guide and advise client on structures and design and manage graphic and structural designs
  • Orchestrate all aspects of the show from beginning to end ensuring all details are communicated to the team
  • Ascertain sponsorship requirements and make recommendations
  • Handle Labor and Vendor Management:
  • Establish and create show schedule and production timelines
  • Analyze rates, create pricing and provide data/details to create Exhibitor Services Manual
  • Schedule and conduct various meetings to develop a collaborative team and cultivate communication
  • Manage Work Orders:
  • Manage Cost and Budget
  • Attend site inspections and the show
  • Oversee travel arrangements for the team
  • Collaborate with the exhibitor services team regarding exhibitor needs
  • Encourage and promote teamwork and empower your team
  • Travel 50% of the time
  • Be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Event Planning, Communications or Business or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience of account/project management in the industry
  • CEM or CMP preferred
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent responsiveness and ability to prioritize
  • Organizational & detailed-oriented
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency

Location: Dallas
Salary: $50K-$75K
