Warehouse Manager, Exhibits, Denver




Our Denver based client is an Experiential Marketing Company. They are a market leader in the trade show and event marketing industry. They offer full-service trade show exhibit, branded environments and event marketing solutions. They set themselves apart from competitors with their outstanding client-centric approach.

Our client has an immediate opening on their team for an experienced manager to oversee warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and/or experience in the following areas: Event Planning, Event Design, and Trade Show Additionally, the candidate will have a proactive approach to organization and operational systems.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
  • Overall operational policy/procedure enforcement
  • Tasks include but are not be limited to, coordinating team labor, value engineering, developing material requirements, and the hiring, training and development of new team members as necessary
  • Ensure that all health and safety initiatives are in compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements
  • Research and implement cost reducing measures for the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility at all times
  • Utilize experience/judgment for planning and accomplishing goals
  • Must be able to follow and communicate directions, make good decisions and be a self-motivated highly dependable person
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform well under pressure or in stressful situations

 

Requirements;
  • Minimum 3-5 years warehouse experience in a supervisory/management role
  • College or technical degree
  • Experience in the exhibit industry is a plus
  • Proven computer skills (Including Outlook, Excel & Word)
  • Highest degree of honesty, integrity and professionalism
  • Must pass extensive background check
  • Excellent problem solving and mechanical skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Experience implementing and maintaining safety initiatives
  • Desires a team environment and puts the goals of the team first
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
  • Motivated to continuously learn and improve
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a friendly and positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure

Location: Denver

Salary: $55K-$65K
