Project Manager, Exhibits, Atlanta




Our Atlanta based client is an Experiential Marketing Company. They design, build and manage branded marketing environments such as trade show exhibits, corporate events,and executive briefing centers.

Our client is looking for individuals that are risk takers and go getters that revel in a collaborative setting and have a proven record of delivering against commitments. Senior project manager is responsible for managing exhibit projects through production and ensuring project is completed on time, on budget and according to our high quality standards. Qualified candidates will be required to estimate jobs, write proposals and work in a collaborative environment with multiple departments.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with a variety of the exhibit field’s concepts, practices and procedures
  • Utilize experience/judgment for planning and accomplishing goals
  • Performs a variety of complicated, time-sensitive tasks
  • Coordinate and oversee concept design, estimating, purchasing, drafting, fabrication, and installations
  • Assume a leadership role and demonstrate the ability to perform well under pressure or in stressful situations
  • Ability to understand technical drawings
  • Meticulous organizational habits
  • Computer literacy
  • CAD experience and proficiency is a plus; however, not required

 

Requirements;
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in the exhibit industry
  • Proficiency in project pricing, purchasing and vendor negotiations
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients
  • Ability to read blueprints and a working knowledge of architectural millwork
  • Broad knowledge of materials and suppliers

Location: Atlanta

Salary: $55K - $75K (DOE)
