Creative Director, Exhibits, Northeast




Our client builds experiences for corporations of all sizes. They design and manufacture custom trade show exhibits providing turnkey solutions. They have honed their expertise to become an a leader in providing integrated structural design solutions. This client is seeking a Creative Director to join their team. The Creative Director oversees multiple projects through execution and all creative operations. The Creative Director also directs the creative staff's activities to maintain standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability while delivering to client expectations. The Creative leader who is the best fit for this role will have experiential marketing experience and a proven success in creating events that foster attendee engagement

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions that strengthen client's market distinction
  • Articulating conceptual and directional choices
  • Promote continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
  • Ensure timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are met
  • Plan and develop budget recommendations, work goals, measurements, and training requirements necessary to provide profitable and quality service to clients
  • Provide detailed information and cost estimates to assure accurate data on which to plan and develop functional objectives and budgets leading to stable and profitable accounts
  • Lead/motivate, and convey the vision and values of the company
  • Oversee creative consultations with sales and project support teams to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, necessary reviews, and client presentations
  • Train and supervise junior creatives and oversee their execution of all creative efforts to ensure they are aligned with strategy, on budget, and on schedule
  • Participate in the new business development efforts
  • Makes certain staff adheres to established company policies/procedures

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
  • 3D Visualization Proficiency - FormZ and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in a creative leadership role
  • Strong working knowledge of interactive design, user-centered experience design, brand development, and the creative process
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable of current techniques, procedures and materials in the exhibit production industry
  • Proven ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely, helpful feedback to improve creative processes to keep work on schedule and within budget

Salary: Salary + Bonus
