Account Coordinator, Exhibits, Philadelphia




Our client is a multi-disciplinary exhibit firm specializing in marketing driven brand environments. They design and build experiences (trade show and live events) for corporations of all sizes. They have honed their expertise, to become an industry leader in providing integrated design build solutions. Due to growth they are seeking an Account Coordinator to join their team in Philadelphia.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of basic marketing principles, promotional marketing, strong conceptual thinking and a good appreciation of the creative process
    • Understand and objectively review the client’s market and competitor activity
    • Communicate effectively with all relevant personnel involved with the client account, ensuring all job-related documentation is filed, and updated accordingly
    • Produce, review and update all project-related documentation
    • Arrange both internal and external meetings
    • Prepare and maintain all project timelines, ensuring that key deadlines are met
    • Actively follow all approval procedures in compliance with agreed agency guidelines
    • Collaboratively deliver work that is accurate
    • Foster key internal business relationships
    • Maintain a good working relationship with clients

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ year trade show, exhibit, events or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of exhibit construction technologies and materials
  • Knowledge of exhibit operations and procedures
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing
  • Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing preferred
  • PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Web
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication and team building skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Location: Philadelphia

Salary: $45K
