Project Manager, Exhibits, Dallas

Our client is a full service design, fabrication & management firm specializing in trade show exhibits & events. They listen, imagine, create, and deliver effective solutions. Their client centric approach includes offering outstanding service and marketing experiences. They are seeking a full time Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience ensuring quality standards are met by coordinating with internal teams and providing an exceptional experience and end product via high level customer service practices.



  • Act as an active member of project teams, participating in kick-off and status meetings, ensuring effective communication of timelines, deadlines, deliverables and pertinent details
  • Participate in Design and Engineering meetings to keep up to date on projected projects and provide input and recommendations
  • Analyze job requirements, define scope, determine resource requirements, establish production schedules and deadlines
  • Ensure layout, booth drawings and show services requirements are prepared and submitted
  • Ensure design is in compliance with show regulations
  • Obtain project estimates, ensure reliability
  • Confirm vendor quotes, orders, pricing, shipping, and delivery details
  • Secure required materials, manage production budget
  • Ensure production team meets requirements, quality standards
  • Assemble show set packages including set prints, show orders and graphics for inclusion in outbound freight to show site
  • Compile project performance information, prepares post-mortem with account manager
  • Monitor show floor activity to ensure compliance with project plan
  • Manage client files
  • Facilitate and attend client preview and complete any follow up on the project, reconcile each project when the exhibit returns from the show and ensure closing of sale


  • Associate's or Bachelor’s in business, engineering, logistics or relevant discipline. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years' trade in manufacturing and operational procedures including: purchasing, inventory control, scheduling, safety regulations, vendor relations, safety regulations, and shipping/receiving
  • Trade show experience preferred

  • Internet, PC proficiency – Microsoft Office

Location: Dallas

Salary: $50K-$75K
