Account Manager, Exhibits, Indianapolis




Our client is currently looking to grow their production support team. They are a full-service trade show and event marketing firm specializing in trade show displays, corporate interiors, and corporate events.

Performance expectations include the ability to control the the project flow and to make critical decisions ensuring the successful completion of projects while subscribing to the company's vision and ensuring complete client satisfaction.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define, maintain and update all internal processes and schedules
  • Schedule, coordinate, and attend I & D supervision meetings
  • Establish and manage exhibit pull/prep schedules with collaboration from Project Managers
  • Daily tactical execution of accounts/projects
  • Arrange onsite services (labor, electrical, etc)
  • Provide the highest standard of customer service in a timely manner
  • Resource management for purchasing, show service, freight, and logistical requirements
  • Manage and process detailed show services estimates, work orders, travel, purchase orders, and invoicing
  • Coordinate shipping timelines with production teams
  • Meet deadlines and deliver quality services within budgets
  • Maintain accurate and complete storage/warehousing inventories

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant experience in the trade show exhibits/events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PC, QuickBAse and Internet
  • Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship building
  • Excellent communication and time management┬áskills
  • Proven ability to anticipate problems, analyze and proactively determine alternate solutions
  • Must be accurate, organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours under extreme pressure and maintain deadlines
  • Skills to multi-task, change priorities, manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently with cross-funtional teams

Location: Indianapolis

Salary: $50K+ DOE
