Business Development Director, Exhibits, Las Vegas




We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Business Development Director to lead our client's sales initiatives in Las Vegas. They are exhibit industry trendsetters providing unrivaled service and engaging design solutions that leave a lasting impression. The Business Development Director will support and guide internal and external relationships. This professional must be a strategic and critical thinker with a proven record of success in expanding company objectives and exceeding business goals.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop sales strategies to target new business opportunities
  • Contribute creative and effective client and sales incentives
  • Collaborate with Marketing Department to set targets
  • Develop rapport and sustain business with key accounts by making visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities
  • Prepare annual business plan and quarterly action plans
  • Identify market opportunities by defining customer requirements and referral channels
  • Maintain sales volume and profit margins by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, and economic indicators
  • Directly response and/or assign inbound sales leads
  • Respond to new RFP's
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecasting process
  • Identify and hire new sales talent
  • Monitor and track sales team statistics such as call volume, appointments, close rate, profit margins, MTD, QTD and YTD sales results in CRM

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Execute new business prospecting plan
  • Work with/train new sales people on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with Design to create winning solutions
  • Utilize Creative Resources to deliver effective sales presentations
  • Qualify new business opportunities
  • Review and approve AE sales quotes
  • Assist in client meetings – coach and sales team on best practices
  • Provide regularly scheduled oral and written performance feedback to sales team

Location: Las Vegas

Salary: $80K-$100K + Commission (DOE)
