Production Coordinator, Exhibits, Dallas

Our client is a market leader in the trade show and event marketing industry. They offer trade show exhibits to match any size and budget, ranging from portable displays to large-scale island exhibits. They are seeking a Production Coordinator for their team. The Production Coordinator is responsible for the management of projects being fabricated and ensures that deadlines and client expectations are met on time and on budget.



  • Provides technical documentation for the fabrication of projects
  • Provides pre-sale budgetary cost for the fabrication of components
  • Provides input to Project Service Coordinators on the technical requirements and expected complexity of installation of projects
  • Creates and maintains the production schedule of projects to ensure that projects stay on time and on budget
  • Manages external technical and/or CAD resources as needed to meet expectations
  • Schedules and conducts benchmark review meetings with required resources (i.e. Sales, Design, Project Management) during the fabrication of projects
  • Generates master purchase schedules of buy-outs and/or materials required for projects
  • Liaisons, communicates and manages external fabrication resources to ensure internal expectations are met
  • Works closely with the Creative Director and Exhibit designer to develop creative and cost effective fabrication techniques



  • At least ten years of experience creating technical documents for the fabrication of highly custom and/or large scale projects
  • At least ten years of experience managing the fabrication of highly custom and/or large scale projects
  • Mastery of industry standard applications used for creating technical documents
  • Impeccable organizational and time management abilities

Location: Dallas

Salary: $50K - $75K DOE
